  • Description: Beneficence Hub Tanzania (BhT) leverages technology to connect global experts, researchers, and volunteers with frontline African communities to drive meaningful change. Our primary mission is to support NGOs and CBOs by resolving their operational, organizational, and technical challenges, ensuring sustainable growth. BhT is solving the above challenges by empowering young Tanzanian graduates through professional development and mentorship programs. Under our Volunteer in Pairs (ViP) model, we strategically integrate local graduates with international volunteers to work on the mentioned challenges. Required skills: A recent graduate (within two years) from a recognized Tanzanian university in any of the following fields: Strategic Planning and Management Accounting and Project Finance: Human Resource Management: Information Technology: Climate Change and Environmental Sciences: Freshwater and Fisheries Management: Education and Community Development: Procurement and Logistics Management: Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities: Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Kiswahili): Commitment to professional growth and passion for community service: Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Deliverables: To enhance employability and entrepreneurial capabilities of young Tanzanian graduates. To provide hands-on, practical experience addressing real-world challenges faced by NGOs and CBOs. To foster cultural exchange, professional development, and knowledge sharing through structured mentorship. To enhance local organizational capacities and promote sustainable community development.
